Veccia Perfumes
A perfume house in Malaysia. One store runs the whole business: discovery, checkout, delivery, retention.

The problem
Perfume is the hardest product to sell online. You cannot smell a website, and a small brand cannot outspend the big houses on awareness. The store had to do what a counter assistant does in a boutique: ask questions, tell stories, answer doubts and make the box feel like a gift before it ships.
It also had to do this for two audiences at once, in English and Bahasa Melayu, on phones, on a shared hosting budget.
What we built
The result
Speed measured on this build in July 2026, on a mobile connection.
The details that sell
Every scent page carries a real note pyramid, honest wear hours instead of inflated claims, and reviews written the way Malaysians actually talk. Checkout autofills the address from a single tap on locate me. After purchase, the order confirmation arrives on WhatsApp, where customers actually read.
Under the hood the store runs structured data for star snippets in Google, bilingual titles and descriptions, and loads in under a second on a phone connection, because a slow luxury store is a contradiction.
The part you do not see
The storefront is half the build. The other half is the back office the owner lives in: orders with live courier tracking, a campaign engine that reprices the whole store on schedule, partner payouts, support tickets and subscriber lists. No monthly app rent, no logging into five tools.

Real screens from the live back office. Customer and partner details blurred.
